Need a replacement cover for your Coverall or other brand building? We provide quality made in USA covers for any brand building.

Polyethylene covered hoop buildings are one of the most affordable and convenient outdoor storage solutions available to agricultural professionals, contractors, business owners, landscaping businesses, and consumers.  Many of these fabric structures were sold by a company called Coverall Building Systems.   This company is no longer in existence leaving many of its customers without the after sale service.  Coverall buildings have offered many years of protection, however, long exposure to sun, lack of proper maintenance, and Mother Nature has deteriorated the covers leaving the customer with a frame that has little to no use.   We provide high quality, durable replacement covers and end panels manufactured in the United States for all brands of fabric buildings including Coverall.  Our hoop building replacement covers can be custom manufactured to fit any size and style building regardless of the shape.   These shapes include round, house style, and gable style fabric structures.  In addition, our replacement covers are manufactured to install on frames mounted directly on dirt surfaces, concrete pads, asphalt, storage containers, or concrete block walls.

Our Coverall and other brand replacement covers are manufactured from woven coated polyethylene which is thermally fused at the overlap seams for a watertight seal to prevent the interior contents from experiencing moisture.   Woven coated polyethylene is a “tarp” like material which has little to no expansion when it is stretched.   Polyethylene is utilized on very large hoop structures (such as Coverall) to store bulk materials and large equipment for the oil and gas industry.   The commercial grade material we offer for Coverall and other brand buildings is 24 mil 12.5 oz per square yard in thickness and weight.  Color options include white, green, tan, and gray.  The white interior for all colors allows for enhanced illumination and natural lighting which may reduce utility costs in many situations.

Replacement covers include a durable ratchet tension system that secures the polyethylene and holds it tight to the frame.  A pocket is heat welded into the inside of the cover on both sides covering the entire length of the structure.   Galvanized steel tubing installed into the pocket running the entire length of the building allows the straps to place tension on the replacement cover.   Durable tension straps are wrapped around the steel pocket pipe which is inserted into a durable ratchet buckle that is fastened to the frame or the mounting wall and tightened to maintain tension on the replacement cover.  In addition, pockets are thermally fused into the cover on the width side.   A tension strap is pre installed into this pocket with ratchets attached to the frame to maintain tension in every direction.  Maintaining cover tightness is a key to replacement cover longevity.

Prior to ordering a replacement cover for Coverall (or other brand) buildings, it is vital that the metal framework be tediously inspected for any damage and defects such as burrs, fasteners, corrosion, or debris which can cause defects to the replacement cover when installed.   All replacement covers are closely inspected for defects prior to shipment.  As a result, the warranty will be voided due to cover damage resulting from a defective frame or debris which has not been removed from the frame.   The general integrity of the building frame also must be inspected to assure it is structurally able to withstand harsh weather conditions.

Upon completing the inspection of the frame for defects and integrity, there are a number of measurements that are required by the customer.    These measurements are extremely important to obtain the proper size replacement cover.    Simple tools such as a lift, tall ladder, and tape measure are all that is needed to obtain the required measurements on the Coverall frame.  It must be noted that measurements must be accurate within inches to obtain a replacement cover which fits properly the Coverall building.  The required measurements are below keeping in mind that the most critical measurements are the distance around the frame and the length of the frame.  DO NOT PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS FROM THE EXISTING COVER.   IF THE STRUCTURE IS ERECTED ON A BLOCK OR WOOD WALL, DO NOT INCLUDE WALL HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS.

  1. Distance around the frame on opening side
  2. Length of the building (closed side)
  3. Width at bottom of the frame
  4. Height to peak
  5. Leg spacing (center to center)
  6. Leg outside diameter in inches (this must be very accurate)
  7. Zipper door height (if end panel with door is needed)
  8. Zipper door width (if end panel with door is needed)

We also offer custom manufactured end panels for Coverall buildings.   Many customers desire to have a completely enclosed fabric structure to protect the inside contents from Mother Nature and its harmful elements.  In this case, zipper can allow an entry into the building.   Zippers can be installed on one side of the building or both sides.  End panels are shipped in square or rectangular shapes due to each Coverall building being unique in shape.   It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the excess end panel material after installation.  This process is very easy to complete with a utility knife.  All replacement end panels are shipped with aluminum grip clamps and self drilling machine screws to hold the replacement panel securely to the end frame. We also feature replacement covers for all types of buildings including portable garages and shelters.

Upon completion of the frame inspection and measurements of your Coverall or other brand building, please contact us with the measurements and a delivery address.   We will then provide an accurate quote with an approximate delivery time.   Replacement covers and end panels are shipped on wood pallets and boxes to protect against shipping damage.
