Replacement covers for Shelterlogic portable shelters, garages, canopies that are made in the USA with 15 year warranty!!

Portable fabric covered garages, canopies, and shelters by Shelterlogic are one of the most cost efficient and flexible outdoor storage solutions available to homeowners, business owners, construction crews, and consumers.  Shelterlogic garages and shelters provide a "quick" storage solution for many applications, however, a significant portion of the covers do not provide much longevity and can quickly deteriorate over time due to the material weight and frame construction.  We offer high quality replacement covers and end panels for Shelterlogic products which are manufactured in the United States with American material and workmanship.   View our Youtube videos which indicate the required measurements for a replacement cover and end panel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLpG6V_va68  We also demonstrate how to install a replacement cover and end panel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngSJeWFQ8_k&t=30s  Our replacement covers can be custom manufactured to fit any size and style Shelterlogic garage and canopy regardless of the shape including peak and gable style frames.  In addition, our replacement covers can be installed to frames mounted directly on dirt, gravel, concrete slabs, black top, containers, or concrete walls.

Our replacement covers are manufactured from woven coated polyethylene which is thermally sealed at the seams for a watertight joint.   Polyethylene is a durable material which features very little expansion when the cover is tensioned in all directions.  The polyethylene utilized on all of our Shelterlogic replacement covers is also used on very large fabric structures to store bulk materials.   Our materials are also utilized in the rugged oil and gas industry.   The commercial grade material we offer on existing Shelterlogic frames is 24 mil 12.5 oz per square yard in thickness and weight and offers and 15 year manufacturer prorated warranty.   Color options include white, green, tan, and gray.  All colors have a white interior for enhanced illumination and natural lighting on the inside of the shelter.

Replacement covers for Shelterlogic garages include a rugged and durable ratchet tension system which secures the polyethylene tight to metal frame.  A pocket is heat sealed into the replacement cover on both sides (length side) to provide constant tension for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.  Unlike Shelterlogic frames, galvanized steel tubing is installed into the pocket running the entire length of the shelter which allows the ratchet straps to place tension on the cover.   High tension straps are wrapped around the steel pipe which are then inserted into a ratchet buckle that is fastened to the frame and tightened to place tension on the replacement cover.  A pocket is also fused into the cover on the width side of the Shelterlogic garage.   A polyethylene water resistant strap is pre installed into this pocket with ratchets attached to the frame to maintain tension in all directions.

Prior to ordering a replacement cover for your Shelterlogic frame, it is important that the frame be closely inspected for any damage and defects such as burrs, protruding bolt heads, corrosion, or foreign material which can cause defects to the replacement cover.   All shelter replacement covers are closely inspected for defects prior to shipment.  As a result, the warranty will be voided due to cover damage resulting from a defective frame, sharp objects, or debris which has not been removed from the Shelterlogic frame.   The general integrity of the garage frame must also be inspected to assure it is structurally able to sustain harsh weather conditions.

Upon completing the inspection of the Shelterlogic frame for defects and integrity, there are a number of measurements that are required to assure the proper replacement cover is manufactured.    These measurements are extremely important to obtain the proper size replacement cover.  Common household tools such as a step ladder and tape measure are all that are required to obtain necessary measurements on the frame.  Keep in mind that measurements must be accurate within inches to obtain a cover which fits your Shelterlogic frame properly.  The required measurements are below; keeping in mind that the most important measurements are the distance around the arch and the length of the frame.  DO NOT PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS FROM THE EXISTING COVER.   IF THE STRUCTURE IS MOUNTED ON A BLOCK WALL, CONTAINERS, OR A WOOD WALL, DO NOT INCLUDE WALL HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS.

  1. Distance around the arch or frame on open side (bottom of frame to bottom of frame)
  2. Length of the frame (closed side)
  3. Width at ground level
  4. Height to top center
  5. Leg/rafter spacing (center to center)
  6. Leg/rafter outside diameter in inches (this must be very accurate)
  7. Zipper door height (if end panel with door is needed)
  8. Zipper door width (if end panel with door is needed)

We also offer custom manufacture end panels for Shelterlogic garages, canopies, and shelters.   Many customers desire to have a completely enclosed unit to protect the inside contents from harsh weather and precipitation.  In this case, zippers may be needed to permit entry into the shelter.   Zippers can be placed on one side of the structure or both sides.  All end panel covers are shipped in square or rectangular shapes due to each frame being unique in shape.   It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the excess cover end panel material after installation.  This process can be completed with a standard utility knife. All replacement end panels are shipped with aluminum grip clips and self drilling machine screws to hold the replacement end panel securely in place.

Upon completion of the frame inspection and measurements, please contact us with the measurements and the shipping address.   An accurate quote will then be provided with an approximate delivery time.  Replacement covers and end panels are shipped on pallets and boxes to protect against damage which may be caused by shipping.
