About Our Products
All of our fabric structures (buildings, garages, and canopies) are classified into the grade levels as described below:
1.) Storage Series (storage building) - Our highest quality fabric storage buildings and portable garages. 14.5 oz/m2 (12.5 oz/yd2) cover weight with galvanized steel frames. 15 year manufacturer warranty on covers and 3 year manufacturer warranty on frames. These garages, shelters, and buildings have the heaviest covers. A majority of these buildings have skylights across top center for enhanced illumination. Typical leg / rafter spacing = 4'. MADE IN USA.
2.) Hoop Series (storage building) - Identical to the Storage Series with slightly lighter duty cover material. 12 oz/m2 (10 oz/yd2) cover weights with galvanized steel frames. Rafting spacing can be greater with these units (typically 5') as compared to the Storage Series. MADE IN USA.
3.) Sale Series (storage shelter) - These buildings are intended for the value minded customer and are less optimal for heavy snow regions. 9 oz/m2 (7.5 oz/yd2) covers with powder coated steel frames. 1 year manufacturer warranty on frame and cover.
4.) Shade Series (frame canopy) - Canopy frames are powder coated (painted) round steel tubing. Canopy covers are UV resistant heat welded white polyethylene for 100% waterproof protection. Side walls are not included in the price of the tent canopy, however, they can be purchaed as an accessory. Anchors are included with the price of the product, however, the anchors are considered "temporary". Applications include: seasonal shade, backyard entertaining, decks, patios, pools, car shade, sun protection, carports, pools, gardens, and parties.
5.) Portable Series (frame canopy) - Canopy frames are manufactured from commercial grade galvanized structural steel tubing. Canopy covers are UV resistant heat welded white polyethylene (also avaiable in gray, tan, or green as special order) for 100% waterproof protection. Pole / leg spacing is 10'. Anchors are not included in the price of the canopy, however, they are available as an accessory. Side walls are available as an accessory. 6.) Shelter Series (frame canopy) - Canopy frame is manufactured from commercial grade galvanized structural steel tubing. Canopy cover is UV resistant heat welded white polyethylene (gray, tan, and green available by special order) for 100% waterproof protection. Pole spacing is 5'. Anchors are not included with the price of the canopy, however, they can be purchased as an accessory. All Shelter Series canopies have available side walls and enclosures which are available as an accessory. Applications include: industrial break areas, outdoor smoking shelters, RV and boat storage, gardens, and agricultural shelters. Great for year round and seasonal applications.
Our fabric cover buildings and hoop structures are available in several different mounting arrangements:
1.) Wall mount - Our wall mount buildings are intended to be mounted on a foundation wall such as wood posts, concrete foundation wall, or concrete blocks. The height of these buildings (as indicated for each building) includes a 4' wall.
2.) Ground mount - Our ground mount buildings can be placed on dirt, gravel, concrete slab, or asphalt. These buildings require auger anchors to prevent the building structure from shifting or moving during high winds.
Our fabric storage buildings are available in (2) basic styles:
1.) Gable style (also called peak style) - Our most popular style. It is beneficial in providing the maximum amount of storage space due to its tall, straight side walls.
2.) Round style - Most beneficial in areas with higher snow falls. The round tops provide less holding force for the snow to allow it to roll off the roof area.
In heavy snow and wind areas, the Storage Series structures are strongly advised. All of our shelter products are considered "temporary structures". As a result, there are no wind or snow load ratings for buildings 42' wide and less.
In our titles, we often refer to our buildings as "canvas buildings", however, the material is not actually canvas material.
Condensation - Sheltervision LLC strives to provide the most complete information possible so each consumer can make an educated decision prior to purchase. Although rare, condensation may form on the inside of enclosed shelters during certain seasons. Condensation forms when the inside of the shelter is warmer than the outside. Moisture may develop on the inside under these circumstances. Sheltervision LLC recommends to maintain airflow to reduce temperature variation.
