Ordering, Payment, and Shipping Information
Ordering - Product ordering can be done in the following methods:
1.) Online - Our secure online ordering system accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). With our secure method of credit card payment, your private information is never known (including our staff members).
2.) Telephone - Please have your credit card ready
Payment - Methods of payment are:
1.) Credit Card (Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express)
2.) Personal and business check (checks must "clear" prior to product shipment)
3.) Wire transfer
Shipping - Depending on the product, some prices include the cost of shipping to the lower (48) states. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and our Canadian friends, however, a shipping quote is required. When shipping to Canada, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with shipping to Canada.
The freight company will call to schedule merchandise delivery via the phone number provided during the order process. Larger items are shipped by tractor/trailer (large truck). Please note that the delivery driver's only responsibility is to deliver the product to the specified destination. As a result, it is the customer's responsibility to do the following:
1.) Make sure the address is capable of receiving this type of shipment.
2.) Have the proper equipment and personel to unload the truck
3.) Be present for the delivery to inspect and sign documentation for receipt of the shipment.
4.) Note any shipping damage or shortage on the freight bill
5.) Unloading the entire order from the delivery truck
6.) Be available for phone call/email from delivery company to schedule a delivery time.
All charges for any re-delivery, freight company storage charges, additional charges due to address changes, or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment. Sheltervision LLC is will place all shipments "on hold" until all charges are completely paid by the purchaser.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders can be cancelled with a 10% charge of the total price (including shipping cost). Products cannot be returned. Honored warranty claims (ie defective parts, incorrect part) will have replacement parts sent at no charge to the customer.
Arrival time is typically 4-15 business days from the time of the order or payment (but can vary depending on demand, shipping location, season, and inventory levels). Larger buildings may require additional time. Custom manufactured buildings also required longer lead times.
