Ordering, Payment, and Shipping Information

 

 

Ordering - Product ordering can be done in the following methods:

  1. 1.)  Online - Our secure online ordering system accepts credit cards and paypal
  2. 2.)   Telephone - Please have your credit card ready

Payment - Methods of payment are:

  1. 1.)  Credit Card (Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express)
  2. 2.)  Paypal
  3. 3.)  Personal and business check (checks must clear prior to product shipment)
  4. 4.)  Money order

Shipping - Free shipping on all products

Shipping costs are for the (48) continguous states.   All claims for missing parts must be made within the first (10) days of receiving your order.   Smaller buildings are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx.   Larger buildings are typically shipped via LTL motor freight.

The freight company will call to schedule merchandise delivery via the phone number provided during the order process.  Larger items are shipping by tractor/trailer (large truck).  Please note that the truck driver's only responsibility is to delivery the product to the specified destination.  As a result, it is the customer's responsibility to do the following:

  1. 1.)  Make sure the address is capable of receiving this type of shipment.
  2. 2.)  Have the proper equipment and personel to unload the truck
  3. 3.) Be present for the delivery to inspect and sign documentation for receipt of the shipment.
  4. 4.) Note any shipping damage or shortage on the freight bill
  5. 5.) Unloading the entire order from the delivery truck

All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.

Arrival time from the time of the order is typically 8-16 business days.    Larger buildings may require additional time.
