All orders must be placed by phone to assure customer is purchasing the correct building for their application. Initial email contact with the product ID, size, cover color, leg spacing (if applicable), accessories, anchors, and shipping address will enhance the ordering process. We will contact you by phone upon initial email to confirm the order and balance.
Methods of payment are:
*Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX) --> subject to additional 2% charge.
*Debit card --> subject to 2% additional charge
*Personal and business check (checks must "clear" prior to product shipment).
*Wire transfer --> contact us for banking information
*Paypal --> subject to 2% additional charge
Depending on the product, some prices include the cost of shipping to the lower (48) states. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and our Canadian friends, however, a shipping quote is required. When shipping to Canada, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with shipping to Canada. It is also the customer's responsibility to arrange contact with a shipping broker for Canadian shipments
The freight company will call to schedule merchandise delivery via the phone number provided during the order process. Larger items are shipped by tractor/trailer (large truck). Please note that the delivery driver's only responsibility is to deliver the product to the specified destination. It is the customer's responsibility to do the following:
*Make sure the address is capable of receiving this type of shipment on enclosed semi trailer or flatbed trailer.
*Have the proper equipment and personel to unload the truck. Forklift or similar equipment is required for large products.
*Be present for the delivery to inspect and sign documentation for receipt of the shipment.
*Note any shipping damage or shortage on the freight bill
*Unloading the entire order from the delivery truck
*Be available for phone call/email from delivery company to schedule a delivery time.
Shipping location changes / freight company storage fees
All charges for any re-delivery, reconsignment fees, freight company storage charges, additional charges due to address changes, or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment. Any freight company storage fees are responsible to be paid by the customer if customer chooses to "pickup" the shipment at the freight company terminal. Portable Garage Shelter will place all shipments "on hold" until all charges are completely paid by the purchaser. Lift gate service is NOT included in the shipping price. Note that lift gates are not advantageous to the large pallet size.
Order cancellation policy
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders can be cancelled with a 10% charge of the total price (including shipping cost).
Order arrival time
Arrival time is typically 8 - 15 business days from the time of the order or payment (but can vary depending on demand, shipping location, season, inventory levels, and supply chain factors). Larger buildings may require additional time. Custom manufactured buildings also required longer lead times.
Our portable garages, shelters, carports, storage buildings, canopies, sheds and tents are offered in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. The 50 states which our storage buildings are offered include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
